Founded in 2023 by artist Peter Manion, H.I Space is a contemporary art gallery showcasing innovative works that address pressing global issues. The gallery collaborates with artists from diverse backgrounds, exploring experimental practices, new media, and post-colonial narratives.

In 2024, Venezuelan artist Sebastián Llovera became the gallery’s co-director, strengthening its connections between the St. Louis art community and artists from the Global South.
